Sweets. The pleasure of every person on earth, but especially of children. And I don’t think there are more beautiful memories than those of my mother’s cakes, the unmistakable taste of home.
Today I would like to present a super delicious recipe for caramelized apple roulade. The whole house is flooded with aromas, and the taste buds will celebrate with every bite.

Yesterday afternoon I baked this roulade and it actually melts in the mouth. Without going too far into the stories, I will move on to the list of ingredients.
For the rolls:
•4 eggs
•4 spoons of sugar
•2 tablespoons of oil
•4 tablespoons of flour
•a knife tip baking powder
•vanilla essence
For the filling:
•4-5 medium-sized apples
•~100 g sugar (or more, depending on how sweet the apples are)
•50 g of butter
•100 ml of cream for the whipped cream
STEP 1
Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and mix until you get a dense and glossy foam. Pour the yolks rubbed with oil and vanilla essence over the whites and mix gently. Ultimately, incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder, mixing gently with a spatula, with movements from the bottom up.
STEP 2
Pour the mixture into a tray (40/28 cm) lined with baking paper and put it in the oven, on medium heat. Preferably at 150 degrees electric oven with ventilation for 15-20 minutes. After it has browned a little, you need to remove it from the tray and put it on the grill of the stove or a tray and leave it to cool.

STEP 3
While the top is cooling, you can prepare the apples. Peel and cut into medium cubes. In another bowl, caramelize the sugar, which should become liquid. Then add the butter and cream for the whipped cream and incorporate them very well.
Add the apples and let them boil, stirring from time to time. When the apples are soft and the caramel has thickened, set it aside to cool.
STEP 4
After the baked dough has cooled, put the apple filling and roll it gently and as tightly as possible, while peeling off the baking paper. Wrap it again in baking paper and then kitchen foil and let it cool until the cream hardens.
Based on everyone’s taste, you can make a mix of powdered sugar with powdered cinnamon and lightly press on top, when serving.
