Manifesting 2025: Aspirations for a Year of Progress and Hope

As the new year begins, many of us find ourselves thinking about what we hope to accomplish or experience. These aren’t resolutions, exactly—just wishes that would make 2025 a little more special. Here are a few ideas to inspire your own wishlist for the year ahead:

Explore Somewhere New

This year, I’d love to visit Sweden. I’ve always been curious about its beautiful landscapes, cozy cafes, and the traditional food. Whether it’s a weekend trip to a nearby city or an adventure halfway across the world, traveling to a new place has a way of opening our minds and refreshing our spirits.

Prioritize Personal Growth

One wish I have for 2025 is to invest more time in personal development. Maybe it’s reading more books, taking an online course, or even just journaling regularly. It’s about setting aside time to grow as a person—whatever that looks like for you.

A Tropical Escape

Who wouldn’t love a relaxing vacation in a tropical paradise? Imagine sitting on a white sandy beach, listening to the sound of the waves, and feeling the warmth of the sun. Whether it’s Bali, the Maldives, or even a hidden gem closer to home, a break like this can be the perfect reset. Maybe in the Caribbean or Zanzibar, but I definitely want something tropical. After years of traveling in mountainous countries, I admit that the ocean is calling me.

Quality Time with Loved Ones

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to let time with family and friends slip through the cracks. This year, I hope to spend more meaningful moments with the people who matter most. From game nights to road trips, it’s the little things that create the best memories.

A New Hobby

Ever thought about learning something just for fun? This year, I’d like to pick up photography. There’s something exciting about capturing moments in a way that tells a story. Maybe for you, it’s painting, cooking, or even learning a new language—whatever sparks joy and curiosity.

Give Back in a Meaningful Way

One thing on my list is finding ways to give back. Whether it’s volunteering at a local shelter, donating to a cause I care about, or simply helping a neighbor, doing something kind for others always feels rewarding. And I definitely want to continue being an ambassador for the foundations I donate to. When I see their results and how they put every penny into motion, it warms my heart to know that I helped.

More Time in Nature

This year, I’d love to spend more time outdoors—hiking in the mountains, walking by a lake, or just enjoying a peaceful moment in a park. Being in nature is a great way to recharge and feel connected to something bigger than ourselves.
During the mini-vacation in Iceland in December of last year, while talking with one of my companions, we got to the topic of sports, training, marathons and it opened my appetite for a marathon, even a small one. But this is definitely on my list for this year .

A Fresh Start at Home

Sometimes, making your home feel fresh and new can be as exciting as traveling. One wish I have for 2025 is to finally reorganize my space and add a few cozy touches—like plants, candles, or a comfy reading nook.
I love to surround myself with green plants (with or without flowers), and books. I prefer a house less cluttered with furniture or useless things, and I would definitely like to reuse those dusty things down in the basement. Maybe I can create a library, or give life to a different lamppost. To use imagination and as few finances as possible.

As we steped into 2025, think about the little (or big!) things that would bring you joy this year. Wishes don’t have to be extravagant—they just have to feel meaningful to you. So, did you made your wish list for 2025?
